Our Team

Albert L. Bisceglia

Al is a partner and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley College and went on to earn a Master’s of Science degree in Finance (MSF) and Masters of Science degree in Taxation (MST), also from Bentley College. Al is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

Al has 30 years of public accounting experience. He has extensive experience on audits of not-for-profit and governmental agencies receiving federal and state assistance, litigation support services including expert witness testimony, business valuation, working with individuals, families and closely-held businesses on business succession planning and tax compliance.

Al is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Al has been active in community affairs, including terms as president and treasurer at Friendly House and as past treasurer and audit committee member of the Central Massachusetts Chapter of the Red Cross.

Harry Hough

Harry is a partner and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Assumption College in 1985.

Harry has over 30 years of public accounting experience with extensive experience on audits, reviews and compilations of small closely-held businesses including corporations, LLC’s, partnerships and not-for-profits. Harry also has significant experience with audits of not-for-profit and governmental agencies receiving federal and state assistance along with the related tax filings for all types of entities, individual, corporate and not-for-profit.

Harry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and Wachusett Country Club.

Rob Thompson

Rob is a partner and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 20 years of tax and accounting experience. He has extensive experience assisting individual, fiduciary and corporate clients with tax planning, preparation and representation matters.

Mr. Thompson also regularly assists clients in resolving tax controversy issues before the IRS and Massachusetts Department of Revenue. He has represented clients in both criminal and non-criminal income tax audits, sales and use and meals tax audits, offers in compromise negotiations, and collection matters.

Rob is a Certified College Financial Consultant (CCFC). He has assisted many families with college planning, loan advising and financial aid advising.

Mr. Thompson is President of the Estate and Business Planning Council of Worcester County and is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and MSCPA (Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants). He is a charter member and treasurer of the St. Patrick’s Council of the Knights of Columbus in Rutland MA. He is also a corporator and on the finance committee of the Worcester Art Museum.

Rob graduated from Fitchburg State College with a bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in accounting.

He lives in Rutland with his two kids and two dogs.

Anila Melka

Anila is an accountant at the firm. She is committed to delivering tax and financial services that meet each client’s unique objectives.

Anila has over 14 years of public accounting experience. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Master of Business Administration (MS) from Worcester State University. She is currently studying for the CPA exam.

For small to medium-sized businesses, Anila has expertise in providing comprehensive accounting services, including individual, corporate, partnership and nonprofit income tax returns, as well as payroll tax reports.

Sara Pelletier

Sara joined the firm in September of 2017. Prior to joining the firm, she had seven years of accounting experience. She worked in a variety of fields, including service, retail and manufacturing, to name a few.

Sara works on audits, compilations, reviews and bookkeeping engagements, as well as financial statement and tax preparation services for corporations, individuals, partnerships and nonprofit organizations.

Sara received her Masters of Business Administration from Nichols College, and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in both Accounting and Management, from Nichols College.

Orallie Johnston

Orallie is the firm's administrative assistant. She has 14-plus years of experience as a legal assistant, and her prior careers also include teaching, auto sales, and real estate sales.

Orallie received her Business Administration Degree from Boston Business School. She has also taken Psychology course studies at UMass Boston. In her spare time she enjoys designing/sewing, as well as knitting anything from home decor items to personal accessories.
